In 2007, I developed a software for small hotels in Visual FoxPro 9.0 and sold to many hotels in city Lucknow (UP), from where I belong. The software is windows based and user-friendly. Here I am sharing that software which you can download and use it for free. The following are the options and the screenshots of the software.

The following is the home screen of the hotel software, in which you can see the current room's status. The room nos which green means it available and which are red means they are already booked.
The below is the new room master entry screenshot. In which you can specify the room name with a number, room type, more room details, and its charges.
Use the new room book entry option to book a new room when a new guest check-in.
Take advance at the time of check-in and generate the receipt through the software.
Generate the KOT (kitchen order ticket) and other bills while a room is occupied and uses the services.
Generate the final bill at the time of check-out. It will calculate itself according to the number of days stay and will include the KOT amount and will adjust the advance amount.

How to Run?
Extract the hotel.rar to a folder in your computer. Then open that folder and find the hotel.exe executable file and do the double click to run.
Comparison Between The Free Version and The Full Version
